THE BON VIVANT'S COMPANION or HOW TO MIX DRINKS by Professor JERRY THOMAS, was printed back in 1934. Published by Grosset & Dunlap (New York), with an introduction by Herbert Asbury. The "bible" for all cocktail lovers and bartender's.
